The client was in great need of a more effective e-statement solution that would replace existing outdated software tools. Apart from just an e-statement platform, GE Credit Union was also planning to launch a series of member-focused banner ads and campaigns. The company required a solution with advanced flexibility and audience targeting capabilities, in order to better engage and interact with its audience as well as stand out from the competition.
In order to meet the requirements of GE Credit Union, the Statement2web platform by OMI was implemented. After implementing Statement2web, GE Credit Union was able to significantly speed up and simplify the process of e-statements, notices and e-campaigns generation as well as target members with multiple campaigns. In addition to that, shift to the new platform helped to cut on printing and mailing costs by 54%. With new tools available, GE Credit Union is able to better engage with its audience and stand out in the market.
