Challenge

Global RADAR’s client, a multi-billion-dollar financial institution needed to add regulatory compliance & anti-money laundering capabilities to its existing CRM. The main challenge was to merge the Salesforce CRM with Global RADAR’s financial compliance and risk management platform and to support the bank’s needs. This required great care as any minor error in the integration of two systems could lead to huge losses in revenue due to fines for non-compliance.

How OMI helped

First, the team conducted thorough technical analyses of the existing software and infrastructure setup. Afterwards, OMI organized a number of detailed client interviews to understand the client’s needs. Test environments were set up to ensure the proposed solution satisfied the client’s requirements before migration to the proposed solution. OMI management efforts have enabled an institution with hundreds of locations all over the world to handle the drastic changes in the internal infrastructure.
